Appointments & Consultations

Book your consultation – meet online, by phone, or in person

At Pixelism, I believe that a good business relationship with your web designer begins with great communication. Whether you’re a new customer new to websites, web design and web hosting, maybe you are exploring a fresh idea, or an existing client planning your next digital project, I offer flexible, friendly consultations to suit your schedule and preferences.

Please note all meetings are by appointment only.

Remote Meetings by video call via Google Meet (Preferred)

Most of my meetings and consultations are now held remotely by video call via Google Meet, making it simple for clients across the UK (and beyond) to connect. Google Meet is completely browser-based — there’s no software to install and it works on any computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Prior to our arranged meeting, I’ll send you a private meeting link, usually sent via email to you. At your scheduled meeting appointment time, click the link in the email this will open your web browser and then once at the Google Meet page, click the Ask to Join button, this will start the video call and we can chat face-to-face, share screens, discuss your requirements and review designs together in real-time.

This method is quick, reliable, and ideal for discussing your project no matter where you are.

Requirements for a video call

The only requirement to be able do a Google Meet video call are;

If using a desktop computer, you will need a webcam and speakers, if a laptop, again either an external webcam or a laptop with a built in webcam, if using a tablet or smartphone, these will already have a built in webcam. In short you just need a webcam or device with a camera.

For convenience I have added a video from YouTube about Google Meet below;

Face-to-Face Meetings at the Pixelism Office

If you’d prefer to meet in person, you’re welcome to visit the Pixelism office studio in Newquay, Cornwall.
All in-person consultations are by prior arrangement only, ensuring I can dedicate time to your meeting.

There is ample free parking for up to one hour, managed by ParkingEye.

Face-to-face meetings are perfect for local clients who would like a more hands-on discussion, or help with things like setting up email accounts on laptops and mobile devices for example.

Telephone Consultations

If a video or in-person meeting isn’t suitable, I’m also happy to arrange a telephone consultation.
This is ideal for quick chats, initial discussions, or project follow-ups where visual sharing isn’t required.

Appointment Hours

My general hours of availability are: Tuesday to Friday, 3.00 pm – 8:00 pm

Weekend appointments can be arranged by prior agreement, depending on project requirements or availability.
